Mr. Bakir is an educationist who believes and militates to render education a source of happiness for humanity. When children go to school they are living a real life which is experienced once!

A deep concern towards educational reality in Algeria rose inside Bakir when he was a teacher of French and English in his hometown middle school. He started his professional educational passion by designing some curricular and co-curricular activities that were aimed to enhance students’ performance and motivation towards foreign languages with very enjoyable and attracting techniques.

After this local experience Bakir decided to go abroad to study masters in curriculum and instruction. During his master’s study in Malaysia from 2009 to 2013, he activated in many events such as the International Arabic Language Festival (2010), the International conference on Islam in Africa (2011), Educational Management and Leadership Seminar (2012). Besides, he led several Algerian educational practitioners and decision makers in study tours around Malaysia. These visits were concluded with signed agreements and future promising projects.

Now, Bakir lives in Finland where he is pursuing his doctoral degree in education at University of Helsinki. He is trying to build a theoretical model that bridges the gap between theory and practice inside and outside classroom settings. Meanwhile, he is thoroughly discovering the excellent Finnish educational system.

Key Competences: curriculum and instruction, translation Arabic/French/English, study tours.

Passion: Help youth to choose their life path and mentor them in the know-how. Openness towards the other and exchange of cultures.

وزيارات تربوية ميدانية لفرق من الأساتذة والمختصين الذين يفدون من الجزائر. حاليا، يزاول دراسة الدكتوراه في جامعة
هلسنكي بفنلندا حيث يبني نموذجا نظريا يقرب النظرية إلى التطبيق والتعلم إلى شتى جوانب الحياة وقد استفاد مليا من تجربة
فنلندا الرائدة في هذا المجال. كما أنه يمثل مؤسسة Learning Scoopلنضمن لكم أكثر الزيارات والتدريبات حداثة وفعالية
للأساتذة والمدراء وصناع القرار التربوي، والتي ستطلعكم على أحدث ما توصلت إليه فنلندا من دقة إنجازوجودة تعليم مع
